The Johnny Walker Education Plan

Children our America's greatest asset. Education is critical to ensuring that America remains strong.

Bullying on American campuses is epidemic. A Johnny Walker administration will put in place an on-campus protection program staffed by Marines just returned from Iraq. Every eligible youngster will have a heat-packing
ex-Jar Head to ensure that they are able to roam the halls unmolested. This will be called the Too Cruel for Skuel Act of 2009.

Students are not learning on the weekends. We need to put in place Saturday-Sunday School where children can attend between the weeks and learn critical life skills.

Working families are struggling to get their children ready for school in time, rested, and ready to learn. I will pass legislation creating a new agency, reporting to me, of publics servants who will visit every American home during the early mornings of every school day right at the crack of dawn, to cook a solid breakfast for the youngsters, make sure the kids are out of bed in time, showered appropriately, then onto busses enroute to American schools.

For too long our friends from across the aisle have ignored the wisdom of our partners in the teachers unions. A Johnny Walker White House will put in place programs to ensure that every utterance and proclamation from these vanguards of service are immediately codified and enshrined onto stone tablets and hung from public buildings festooned with streamers, and if streamers cannot be found, chiffon ribbons of red, white, and blue.

Because of the failings of No Children Left Behind only 65% of high school graduates are electing to participate in post-school training or college. We need to pass legislation on Day One to compel every graduate to attend college, preferably two at the same time. The US government will foot the tab, of course.
